- Refunds for monthly subscription services are not available. Clients are encouraged to use the service for the remainder of the billing period.
- Project-Based Services:
- Refunds for project-based services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- If a project is canceled within 14 days of the start date, a partial refund may be issued, minus any work completed and administrative fees.
- Educational Content and Digital Products:
- Refunds for digital products, including eBooks, courses, and webinars, are not available due to the nature of the products.
